Hello, I connected my Tour to the DM and saw that it needed an update (I think the DM needed 2 be updated, not the device). After the update and reboot, I thought that I was fine. That is until I clicked on my BBM and saw that I had NO CONTACTS!!!! WTH??

How do i get my BBM contacts back? Can I go to "Restore" from my DM (from prior to the software update) and restore BBM? Will that bring them back? If so, when I hit the restore button, will it give me to choose which apps I want to restore?

I'm sorry, but I am @ work and just realized that i have no BBM contacts.

If you have backups previously do this then. Go to Backup & Restore>Advanced
On the left side column, go to file>open
Open up your most recent backup. This will list all portions.
Select Blackberry Messenger on the left hand side still.
Then click the button with the ">>" on it. That will transfer just Blackberry Messenger items.
That should be it.
