hey folks i have a bb gemini 8520 and i realise when i went to back it up this evening, my bb messenger has disappear and didnt return altho when i went to upgrade the bb messenger it is saying that the file is there. what should i do? should i wipe my phone? or should i buy a new motherboard? help me

Is it just giving the generic "server error" message when trying to download? Keep trying and eventually it will work, or you can download it directly from mobile.blackberry.com
