What is the most efficient way to transfer all data from a BBQ10 (OS10) to a BB9720 (OS7).

I'm assuming OS 7 Desktop Software can get all the data onto the 9720 but is that compatible with a OS10 device?

There is no tool.

BB Desktop Software is not compatible with BB10. However, you should at least be able to transfer all Contacts using:

a) SIM Card (max 250 entries)

b) Bluetooth (no limit)

What do you mean by "...all data"? I think the 9720 also has an SD card slot, and that could therefore be used to transfer certain aspects of "all data".

My guess is he wants the standard, Contacts, Phone Log, Memos and Texts. It's a matter of knowing what Apps (still accessible) can export from BB10 and then those that can import on BBOS. That might just be lost knowledge at this point....
