For some reason I can not get Desktop Manger to see my Blackberry using either USB or Bluetooth.
Blackberry Device Manager and Windows Device Manager see it without issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Desktop software and still no good.

Reboot the pc and see if that will free it up. Did you do anything like os updates or load/delete anything prior to this?

I've rebooted the PC several times since then.
It didn't happen immediately before this happened but I updated to 4.5 Beta OS since then. Other than that nothing comes to mind.
