deleting contacts who has the new bbm from the old bbm

okay here is the situation... i downloaded the new bbm... and someone i know has the new tour bb but i guess the old bbm that came with it... now i was deleted once and her name stayed on my phone as a contact but of course i couldnt message her and when she added me the second time.. and deleted me for a second time, her name was removed from my list automatically. Now for the third time she has added me and when i messaged her it showed a checkmark but no d for delivery.... so i am confused....

maybe try a battery pull on her end or both and try sending messages?
