How do I deactivate the voice dialing option because I can't listen to the radio or music while the voice dialing is activated.

I don't believe there is a setting where you can just turn it off and on. the only way to deactivate it is to remove it. This can be done by using a program like BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife).

If you want to remove the Voice Activated Dialing here is the steps to do that.

Download BBSAK and install it on your computer.
Hook up your BB to your computer.
Open up BBSAK.
Click on the tap that say Modify CODs.
Click on Read System.
From the list on the right high light the following CODs:
1) net_rim_vad_engine_resource_en_US (This file may be different depending on your country.)
2) net_rim_vad_resource_en
3) net_rim_vad_resource
4) net_rim_vad
Click on the Remove.

This will remove the files from your device.

Someone else also suggested changing the convenience key to something else so that doesn't interfere with the music operations. You might want to try that first.
