curve 8520 camera and bbm

guys need help on my curve 8520

i have 2 concerns

1. all of a sudden, i can't zoom the camera using the trackpad. trackpad is working properly on other applications but when i tried to zoom my cam, it doesnt work.

2. how can i activate my blackberry messenger?

Try pull the battery and letting the phone reset for 1.

i am trying to figure out the zoom as well my friends doesnt work as well the battery pull didnt work

thanks kevin. what i meant was how to have it activated and i was told that it would depend on my local network carrier. coz before i thought its activation is automatic regardless of who your network carrier is as long as your a bb user.
