One of my contacts in the black berry messenger. The name shows only the upper half of the letters. So far I spent 12 hours with black berry and Verizon. Can anyone here help me ?

Have you tried deleting the contact and re-adding. Or have
the contact delete and re-add. Or ask the contact if they
are using some sort of special characters?

I have deleted and re added and get the same problem. I am the only one with the problem.

That happened to one of my contacts before and the problem ended up fixing itself for me.
