I purchased two blackberry storms (Vodaphone branded running OS 4.7.0.141) and upgraded the first one to 148 without any problems. I then connected my second one up and went through the same process but desktop manager does not give me the option to upgrade it. I tried uninstalling Desktop Manager and the system software and reinstall but I get the same result. Any ideas what could be going wrong here ?
I had the thought of doing a backup of my 4.7.0.148 handset and then restoring it to the 4.7.0.141 handset. Would that upgrade the OS also, probably not, but I thought I would ask!
