    i cant open my bbm and there is not an option to delete if on my app world i wanted to delete it then reinstall it i have no idea whats going on this is the only app i have that does not work please help idk what to do

    have you pulled your battery?
    you can remove it via apploader or Options-Device- application management.

    Search for Application Management, you can delete it from there. Then re-install it from rroyy.com/ota . Good luck.
