can anyone tell me whats wrong with my bbm.....everytime i try to get into the app i get an error message that reads, "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException" what does this mean?
If that does not work, I'd try re-downloading BBM from BB App World.
If that does not work, I'd wipe the device and re-install the OS.
I tried all 3, the 3rd worked, but as soon as I restored all of my information (using my backup with DTM), the problem resurfaced. P.S. When people send bbms to my phone it says delivered
