Hi all,

I have a BBM message stuck in my message window. I've cleared the contents and did a battery pull but I can't delete it. Any ideas? I'm running 4.5.0.66...

can you open Blackberry messenger and end the conversation? hope that is what you mean.

It doesn't appear in Blackberry Messenger. It only appears in my message screen with the Blackberry Messenger icon next to it.

Hit menu and select delete...

or go to the top and press menu>delete prior

that should clear EVERYTHING out!

That's my point... trying to delete the message the normal way doesn't work. The message is stuck and regardless of what I do, I can't delete it.

turn off the device radio and try to delete it... that might work

I know this is an old thread ....but it seems relevant again withmy new Q10. I have a series of mesages in the BBM section of the hub that I cannot delete no matter what I try including battery pull, turning off the radio and so on. Is my only option at this point to wipe and start afresh ??
