I recently got the Torch and had it unlocked but still cant use the browser without WiFi. I keep getting that Browser configuration/service book message. My service providers say ATT has the browser locked and they cant do anything to assist me. Is there a work around? or how do I get it unlocked? I am in the caribbean.
