If you don't get the "legacy" code to work then your browser and mms is not going to work properly. I would suggest starting over and make sure you get the legacy restore.

Any ideas as to how to do this? I've done soft reset, hard reset and "wipe handheld" to no avail! Should I possibly downgrade my Os? Anyone else having these issues? Help! Thanks

Make sure you are on the service book screen, then hold down the alt key while you press sbeb. You should get the Legacy Restore message, then install the service books. After the restore, you should have 22-23 service books.

You CANNOT remove the sim card without reinstalling the service books...

You can remove the sim card and not have to reload your service books as long as you don't turn the phone on without the sim in place..

You don't have your service books loaded properly. Go back and reload them. Pretty sure you should 23 if done correctly.

I had the same issue the first time also. The only way I was able to fix it was a Master Reset and reload service books. For the service books for some reason only loads 22 and I've read the same from others also...

I was able to download it with no problem and received the welcome message after downloading. I don't know anyone else that has the app so I'm not for sure but I would imagine it works just fine. Just like ping and most other cross platform I M apps.

Change the quality of your picture to fine or normal. If your picture settings is at super fine, the pics will not send.

Hello all, I need some help on my bb 8350i. I switched to an incognito phone and gave this 8350i to my wife. It was working with everything before i switched her sim, with the anworm service books and i dont want to take it where it was done and pay for it again. I had backed it up but it did not restore it to the way it was. If some one could help I would appreciate it.

You have to reinstall the service books when you change to a new SIM. You can do it yourself in about 5 minutes.

now my question is another way to flash it for bosst,( via bluetooth or other alternative)

There is no other way to do what you want. Repair of the USB port costs about $50.00.
