How did you do that? How did you added a device to your BB Protect account? You must be the first one in Europe to have this thing FULLY working.

It now works for me as well!!! Jut sign out from BlackBerry Protect from your BlackBerry and sign in again!

I want to protect my bb of course. but the problem is the bb always in lock device mode all the time. I have to enter the password each time I want to use it. I thought I could lock the deveice when I want it, no it lock by itself all the time even if I remove the application. Feel free to pin me at: 326067F7. Please help. Thanks .

I recently lost my Berry after my battery lost its power. Fortunately I found it (in the trash!) and afterwards loaded on Blackberry Protect. So my question is, will Blackberry Protect be able to locate a Berry that's run out of juice? If not, how I turn it off without fully turning it off--is there some sort of power saving mode so I can locate it if I've lost it but conserve my battery?
