Blackberry Protect: new T&C, but can't accept, WHY??

I have just got a notification from the BB protect saying that the new T&C is now available and i need to accept it before resuming the protect, but it can't. it seems just like stuck in the loop between the 'verifying BB ID' and 'initializing service'. i'm on the BB Protect 1.1.1.57 with OS 7.1.0.342 for Bold 9900.

Does anyone have the same problem as me? I really need BB protect though..
