My husband just got his Curve, and messages me, but I can't seem to figure out how, or even if it is possible to get a sound alert when he does or if it's possible to get my message light to blink, sorry for the newbie question, but........
Kari - Go to Profiles>Advanced on the bottom. It should bring up Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, Phone Only, and Off. Highlight Normal then hit BB key and go to Edit. Scroll down to Messenger and then you can set your preferences.
