    I'm a returning blackberry user currently with the Bold9700 and I need to know what I'm doing wrong when adding BBM contacts. For some reason when pasting a PIN, the phone will only recognize as an email and not PIN. Yet when typed manually it will allow the same PIN to be added? Can anyone help??

    make sure there isnt a blank space at the end of the pin. just hit the delete button after you paste, and it should recognize it as a pin.

    it has to be only the numbers of the pin nothing else
