I just got my new blackberry tour and I restored my bbm contacts on the phone. I had to re-add some people and I did. The thing is whe I re -add them there name doesn't appear only there pins .

Anyone know the problem?

just do a battery pull. it happen to me too this weekend. just got the tour too

My S2 did this and a battery pull did the trick. Let us know how it works out for you.

If the battery pull doesn't work, try a soft reset:

1) Press and hold down the ALT key on the smartphone.
2) While holding down the ALT key, press and hold down the right-hand CAP key.
3) With both of those buttons still pressed, press the DELETE key. The display on the BlackBerry smartphone will turn off to indicate that the reset has started, and the keys can now be released.
