I message my girlfriend quite often using the Blackberry Messanger on my Bold. She has a Pearl. Anyway, often times I will send her a message and it will say delivered and on her end she has received the message and already replied. However, for me to get her message I will have to ping her, after which it delivers all messages she has sent. I have pulled the battery and this does not help. Any suggestions?
Are you guys able to send pin messages back and forth with no problem? Just curious as one or both of you guys might need to update your OS on each device if you don't have the latest ones. Does it do this everytime she sends a response back to you or just certain times? You may also wanna try deleting her from your contacts and re-adding her or maybe even re-installing BBM thru DM software. Just some options for ya and none of them may work. This sorta thing thing happened with my brother and I and when he updated his OS it was fixed. Good luck!
