After searching the net and of course crackberry I have found no specific help to this problem. Recently after doing a restore on my storm (.75), all my contacts in my bbm stopped showing their status. They all say that they can see mine, its just that I can't see theirs. I have done everything that I could think of to fix it (batt pull, uninstall and reinstall bbm, reload the database w contacts, even upgrade to .99) and nothing works. Anybody with any ideas would be great cuz I am totally out of them. Thanks!
They are just blank, like they do not have them up. But i have asked and they say that they do. I also just updated to .103 and it didnt fix anything either. This is my first bb, so I am not too sure, but the only other idea I have is something to do w the service books because that seems to be a solution for a lot of other problems, but I have no idea which ones to mess with.
