Everytime i try and download facebook for my blackberry i log in and it says contact your service provider? Confused on why it says this and also i have added people on blackberry messenger and no one is getting the requests? I'm on t-mobile by the wayy... I have read all the lessonss on the how to usee but nothings working

You need a Blackberry Data Plan to use either of these two apps... do you have one???

Whats a blackberry data plan? Sorrry i have no idea on these things! lol

A Blackberry Data Plan is usually associated with sending and receiving emails, surfing the internet without Wifi, Blackberry Messenger, etc.... if you just started your service with T-Mobile it might not be fully activated yet, or you did not purchase it... you might want to call them and find out.
