All versions are down, its not effecting all phones but most, there was an alert put out about an hour ago, they said it should be up and running later tonight. (couldnt give me a specific time) I'd imagine its for all carriers. I just got back from verizon and there were, I'm not exaggerating, atleast 12 people in there, all with the same problem, Just thought I'd let everyone know.

Yeah, I upgraded to 5.0, It was going extremely slow so I downgraded and it was still going slow so I thought I did something, but I did a full restore, same thing. Thats what made me go to Verizon.

Naw... not yet, i think it just has something to do with all of the people that were on BBM 5.0 and having issues.. and then RIM Fixed it, and then it broke again. lol Long Story short, its off and on all night..

I think it was shut down because a lot people had to reload or reset devices due to getting OS 5. I am losing so much money not being able to communicate with BBM aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!

I really doubt its because of the 5.0 leak, I feel like RIM leaked it on purpose to get a response to see how people liked it. Looks like alot of people like it so far! I wish it worked when I had it, I would still be using it, it was really nice compared to it now. Im hoping its back up soon, I feel naked without my BBM hahah, weird.

^ Im not sure if there are any articles, The only reason I know for sure its down is because they told me themselves at the store, she called bb tech right infront of me. There gonna send me a text message when its back up and running right. Im gonna wait till its all fixed before I re-upgrade to 5.0
