    You should be able to get it back using app loader. Connect your BB to your PC, start DM, go to app loader and see if it's in the list of apps. If so, check the box next to it and complete the installation.

    i tried to go to the website and i tried to reload it through dm but neither of them have worked is there some other way to do it?

    Through DM, add programs, check the BBM box(it will be unchecked), next. After that it will install, the restore from your last backup and your contacts will come back
