I was wondering when you're talking to one of your contacts in the BBM and it takes a while for the message to be delivered because it says the status is Busy. What does that mean? I thought it meant they were on the phone but trying other phones that I am connected to in the BBM it doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone know why it says this under status. I and the other person have the original Curve with the track ball. I tried looking up places to change status but all that is there is unavailable and available, nothing for busy.
I have the 9700 with bbm v5 and the options I have are available and busy. If you set your status to busy or unavailable, it is the equivalent to putting up and away message on AIM. You can still receive and send messages, the speed shouldn't be affected. I'm not sure if the status will automatically be changed to available though..
