I am switching from an iPhone 6 to the Bold 9900 for work.

With that being said, I acquired a good condition Bold from eBay.

I put my SIM card in and I can send texts and calls.

However, when I go to set up my email, (gmail) in the settings, it says the following:

    "enterprise activation"

To activate your enterprise account, enter details provided by your system administrator in the fields below.

What does this mean? I do not have enterprise email set up. Just gmail and hushmail.

    Any help is appreciated.

I've done some searching on this site. Some one mentions in a post from 2012, to go to the settings wrech, device, advanced, and you can see the enterprise activation there. But once i get to that menu, there are no options to turn off/on.

It means the phone was previously operated in an Enterprise environment, and you're going to need to remove the IT policy before you can use the device as you want to.

Excellent suggestion. Or simply wipe the phone clean or install the lastest version of BBOS 7.1 that you choose

ALSO remember you need BIS (or blackberry service) added by your carrier to your plan.

    Good luck.
