    My email that is forwarded to my BIS account use to come very, very fast to my BB.
    Typically it would beat the email to my Outlook which receives every minute.
    Now it takes a few minutes. This has been happening for the past week.

    I resent service books and regregistered my BB but it did not help.

    Is this a RIM thing? a Sprint thing? or my device?

    (not the end of the world but....)

    It could be down to your mobile network. Me and my girlfriend both have Bolds, running identical OS, I'm on Orange UK and she's on Vodafone UK. She gets an email as soon as it's sent, mine usually come through in anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes. I've seen an email arrive in my inbox before and waited 22 minutes for it to arrive on my BB. Frustrating as it was a download link for a piece of software for the BB.

    Speak to Sprint and see if they've changed the frequency on the BIS equipment.
