    Hi,

I own BlackBerry 10 but I would like to buy one old BlackBerry and use it with BIS but I remember reading online that it's going to be deactivated. Is that true?

    Thanks

No, BIS will be around for several years yet while there are still people using it.

Even after you can no longer buy BBOS phones new it won't be disappearing suddenly. BlackBerry have been confirming since this time 2 years ago that they won't just be pulling the plug on BIS.

Just make sure your cell phone provider has it.

regardless of what blackberry does, some cell phone providers charge more. or don't have the option.
