I would get an android device I haven't had a bit of issues with my Fascinate at all. Blackberry is so far behind the times it's not even funny anymore! My son has a 9650 and with 6.0 he has nothing but issues anymore. Not trying to bash bb but went through a lot of them until android came out and I will never looklook back.

I understand your PAIN...I found that Sprint's 5.0.0.1030 was the best OS5. I had no problems at all. I also fell into the OS6 "spiderweb" and hype. Good luck with your decision.
