run the exe into an empty base os folder, so all alx, and java etc needs deleting

Then try this... When you're done installing BL6 into your empty OS folder. Copy all of it including the OS folder example ..\9800Asia_v6.0.0.706_P6.6.0.246

Go to this location, C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader History (where xxxx is the name of your pc), then paste the OS folder. Try runnig loader.exe again

Let me know if it doesn't work.

you can easily make an offline installer for your language.

Install base OS, shrink out only russian.

remove from removed java folder into a seperate folder.

create installer using BBHTool.

Keep it safe in your sd card so you can install that for future use on ANY hybrid.

But I can try and make it for you tomorrow or so.

After 3 days running this baby, only one thing i can say, it's awesome man. Great browser speed, great battery life. Running flawlessly on my 9700. Memory leak is to its minimal. 1 thing that i've noticed, sometimes i got drop down network, means from 3G to nada. Maybe it's sfi related problems. Currently using 706 sfi. Gonna shoot over for 666 or 668 sfi.

Hrm interesting...I havent noticed any stability issues with BLFF on my 9700....although the browser froze twice before applying the .668 browser patch. Other than that BLFF ran like a dream, Bat was good, Memory was pretty stable, responsive, quick browsing...etc, etc...

Theres definately no chance of any os7.1 features running on our os6 devices, trust me, it took me 6 hours of testing and bricking to find out.

just installed the BL VI 7.1.0.150... and made some tricks to make the system read 7.1 like BLFF.. xD tnx JD, Zoc and Berrylicious Family..!!
