Do you guys think if I get my carrier's OS (.714) it will make a difference with my ADR? I mean intalling my carrier's .714 base (Cell C) + RC7B + .714 large SFI (Vodafone UK).

Success finally on 9930 using the keyboard cod on the first post. Application resource monitor is asking for a keycode. I will try deleting and re-installing from app world.
Thank you for all your help.
No not really, apart from the sfi sizes the OS`s are the same.
Was there any mention of using this with CDMA .580 (for 9930)? This thread's increasing faster than I'm keeping up with it.
What base do we need for the OS 6? or just replace in java folder in BL Ultimate OS6 rel_2.0.0?
Can this Build be installed on 9860?
I used .723

Thanks for that! I did do it right, I must have been tired! I will try it a little later tonight! Thanks!
do i have to put the IRH7.1 on 9900 with .746?
No the only recommendation is with 649.
Hey zoc & BL team, you changed the net_rim_bb_ribbon_app.cod file, so anyone with a custom6 theme can't access the home screen options.
Here's one that should fix it: https://goo.gl/yiuw5
You can just use BBSAK to inject, no errors should occur, and it will allow you to access home screen preferences.
Why use BBSAK and BBHTool when BBHTool will wipe, shrink and start loader? BBSAK is redundant.
i think it's because BBSAK is simpler to some, unless you mean the apploader's built-in wipe prior to loading the OS

BBHTools will do a wipe, a security wipe, clear the error log, screen capture, shrink, call the loader, and other things. It's easy to use. I originally looked at BBSAK, but figured why use two tools when one will do? Not only that, but lyricidal is supporting BBHTools, where as BBSAK doesn't seem to be getting much attention. YMMV.
I suggested your carrier .714 cause it would have been tested by them for signal quality etc hence they release once succesful.
Will it make a difference with ADr ?
Well there is only one way to find out by testing it yourself !
Yes it can be......now the .746 has released for 9860 too.
Enjoy !
Installed! I will report back with my findings.
I really wish I could get the wifi hotspot on at&t working though.
That is the hybrid bb messenger, it's totally upto you if you want it or not !
Just to add, BBSAK does back up third party apps and one has the option to kill processes before doing a total wipe which ensures a good clean wipe.
Although the Choice it is totally with the individual.
I highly doubt there is even a carrier OS (specified Cell C) that is updated so that is already out.
I'm still tinkering with mine trying to find the best settings and once i find what works best i will give you my findings. Yesterday my single charge lasted from 8am to 8pm and even a simple 10min charge boosts it up 20 to 30%, usual drill today and less than 1hr in and 5% down. I have found whatsapp to be a huge battery that i kinda wish there was a modified hybridized whatsapp like we have the hybridized bbm.
Berryshout! Home of the Blackberry OS Version Tracker as you can see on that link no updated cell c OS for torc 9810.
I agreeee whatsapp is such a drainerrrr :(
if only there was a hybrid version of the app (hopefully something will pop up)
im still on RC7B1 with .714 (large sfi) and battery has gone down 15% in 4 hours on 2G (with medium usage of whatsapp and bbm)
sometimes im finding im loosing 10% in one hour with just using whatsapp..also my battery never shows 99%..always goes from 100% to
98%..is yours the same Phly?..
btw im gonna try out the new official .746 out with the new BL hybrid..we'll see how this goes :D
Just received my brand new replacement Bold ( Made in Hungry 3) old one was from Mexico5.......
Now it is decesions time !!!!!!!!
I use metterberry and it never shows 100 so even when full charged its at 99% then drops to 98% and so forth depending on what i'm doing. 5hrs later i'm at 63% on 3G with almost no use at all, it aint bad just that there is always that nagging feeling that it can do better. Will try plain .746 tonight and then use it as a base if things dont seem to improve then use its .sfi with another OS if its better. Sometimes I lose more than 10 percent just looking at whatsapp and if i just close it and don't exit it properly then my battery drain starts accelerating downwards. twitter and facebook are not as bad.
I have just now installed BL Return V1 on 9860 on base 746 with 714 sfi (Large). Although, I was getting good result with base .714 but thought to test with .746 base. Has more users of 9860 used return with this combination. Now, going thru above discussions, we are again on cross road to decide whether to go for Return or RC? Is it not to listen from horses mouth Zocs, sator or ifraser, what are basic differences in RC and Return build? I understand both have been developed for 746 base and .714 sfi (larger).
it is just one hr after installation of BL return on 9860 with base .746 and 714 sfi (Large), BDR is slightly higher but let us wait for to settle it. I used basic 746 for a day, except battery temp, rest everything was fine but BL team has made us so restless and unsatisfied that every ombination, we would like to test.
