Why I couldn't get good ADR either on Return2 or RC8A1. I tried each for 3-4 days but ADR was around 6-7% on base .746 and .714 sfi large. So, I have come back on RC7B2 around 3 days and getting 3-4% on average. Should I try RC8B1 or wait for next release? Hope, next one would have .794 files also.

The are just too many reasons for that , it seems your best bet is to try all the hybrids and find the best combination for you, everyone has different performance when it comes to the hybrids , as an example , I dont get these high temperature issues when i first started using blr1 and neither with blr2 , but some are reporting high temps when using blr , i am certain you will find a satisfactory one after you experiment , good luck .

For some reason the Torch does seem to be something of a problem child in terms of OS performance compared to the Bold.

There always seems to be a far wider variance in reported performance from Toch users.

after testing this for a week the battery life is great with ADR of 1.1% with normal sms and wifi on for 6-8 hours. i just can't seem to install KiK as it comes up with the Invalid JAR error. i can install it with other hybrids.

I downloaded the "BL Returns for OS 6 - BL Returns OS6 v3.0.0" that is 18MB in size and the installer says it is the "Ultimate" v3.0.0 version so I'm confused, is it the Ultimate or Returns version?? PS, can both of these versions (Ultimate and Returns) be able to install on the BlackBerry 9300 GSM model? Please help me out guys..thank you.

For a week now, I have tried 3-hybrids:
    BL-8A1
    BL-Return 2.0
    BL-8B1

Seems BL-Return 2.0 work best for me. Apart from smooth operation, I got down to 0.7%/hrs on minimal use (Whatsapp and Socialscope running). Discharge rate btn 1.7 - 2.2% on normal usage on 9930 with .755 as base which include Emails and Web-Browsing.
BL-8A1 gave me average battery discharge of 3.8 - 4.4%/hr on same device with same number of Application installed and running.
    BL-8B1 gave me 7.8 - 8.9% on average.

I think everyone should try all BL and use the one that work best.

BL-Team has really done a great work!

The same case has been for me. I have also used all three. Return 2 was amazing and very fast but I was getting ADR around 6-7% on normal use while RC8B1, even less than 12 hrs of installation, ADR is around 3-4%. In idle it was around 1.0%, so to me, I am continiung with it till Return 3.0 is out.

You're okay. BL Returns for OS 6 is version 3. BL Ultimate latest is version 2, just a typo in the zipped file. Both runs well on 9300 3G.

    In My Opinion, yes.

Rogers .746 with Voda .714 is the best base OS to use and RC8B1 is the best BL build I have used to date
