Anyone here have problem installing whatsapp? im stuck at updating stage.. and later it shows error nullpointer_exception like that.. cant really remember..

It was possibly me that said it. BBM and BBID is now tied into most
Apps.

So the overall recommendation, if BBM is not used, is to leave it or shrink it out?

I'm assuming leaving it takes up more space but improves ADR, shrinking it frees space but worsens ADR?

by the way, which .746 base carrier did you use? rogers or uts?

I was having a problem too with whatsapp. So I deleted and will reinstall it see if that works. But Slay is probably right...whatsapp servers

Sorry forgot to add there is ввм hybrid in the mix.

Please ensure you edit the alx of ввм to version .56.

Other wise appworld will ask you to upgrade.

..and you know if you forgot to say.. change the bbm alx, can you change it, then add it in quickly without doing a full install again?

A couple of hours later, still waiting for the dust to settle, ADR is still high. I have both the 3G and 2G option using the .714 base so I reckon those not having it, it is somehow carrier related. Browser was abit slow a few mins ago that even this site was not opening. Error with downloading of the fresh new v4 for AT&T that just appeared in the other thread and that's even with uc browser. Boot time around 1min so cant complain on that however temps just shot up for no apparent reason. sitting on 35degrees, maybe i moved to a place with low signal or something. Had to reboot. Whatsapp is working on my end however it seems slow in delivering messages like a 5second delay before the tick appears. Atleast even if I get no better ADR with this there's the v4 AT&T mix to try out :-) But will try control my urges and see how tis fares after a couple of days. BBM asked me to upgrade and I did when reinstalling apps and as for BBID i think it is now mandatory to have it updated which I reckon is somehow tied to bbm so shrinking that out is not advisable.
PS whatsapp has been really eating my battery today. Anyone know if and how to revert to an old version perhaps?

Edit: there is a huge delay in delivery of msgs, till now my windows phone hasn't received any msgs sent to it.

May be give it 24 hours.

No it didn't work., got a sync failed
java-lang null exception error

I really don't want reinstall os for just one app, lol.
I will wait as Zoc suggested..maybe it really is whatsapp issues

EDIT: Re registered HRT and whatsapp was able to connect finally. As for messages being delayed, let see

HEy guys, ADR is a bit high with teh large .714 sfi. Probably to do with my carrier.

If i wanted to change to the .746 sfi, is it as simple as swapping the two and running apploader? Or do I have to do something else?
