About to load up V4, but one question?
Need to load up the UNTS file, from the 1st version, right?
Thanks for all of the work you guys do!!!
Install base 694 AT&T on your PC, copy and paste hybrid Java folder into your base 694 AT&T, shrink it and you're ready to go.

You can copy the whole folder as it will prompt you to overwrite and leave any other files untouched.

I've moved up from V1. Wow, what a result. It was a painful upgrade (had to wipe and restart, as there were upgraded and downgraded components, and I didn't want to risk it), but was able to complete the whole task on a 2 hour flight.

Things that took awhile (grabbing a data signal after landing, getting a GPS lock) are near instantaneous. I have found no problems with any of my apps. My space avail has doubled (from .694, I never checked on v1). Random lags are almost gone (unless you close a huge app like attnav). Scrolling is smooth. All in all, it will take a lot for me to move from this OS.

Well at least on a flight your radio would have to have been off

Glad you are enjoying the OS

No, we are still up to V4 for now, there will be no new Version until the next new OS/leaked comes out.

After doing a wipe, has anyone restored their 3rd party apps with BBSAK or BBH Tool? Does it cause any problems with BB App World getting alerts for new updates?

I updated to v4 and it's working very smoothly so far in the first day with it. I noticed it still says 7.1.0.714 bundle 1997. Is that correct?

Yes, this is correct. If you press alt+shift+h while on the homescreen it will take you to the helpscreen and display it is OS .746. The "about device versions" screen that you are talking about shows .714 because it was unable to be changed, due to an error.

Maxx, this is the latest ARM V1.0.0.35, and I think RC7B's already come with the latest ARM.
