i use last OS for 9790 Claro Guatemala .865 with sfi and shrink some useless data

Dudes, since my last fresh install it was impossible to have russian for some reason with the RC12 I don't clearly remember.Anyway is there a chance to install it without wipe and reinstall again?
Could you send me any cod files?Or it won't happen this way?Heeeeeeelp pls
So there is no edition for bold 9900?I just need to download the RC13 and thats all?I am donwloading Digicell os right now.
**************************New Release Update************************* Berrylicious Ultimate RC13 WIth .861 sfi RC13 without .861 sfi Due to a file incompatibility with the 7.1.0.861 SFI file you if your device has 861 OS available you need to use it, If not please use the Non-861 Version of RC12
Any word on the use of the 907 files? Will we see a RC14 soon? I was thinking of swapping out all the 865 files in RC13 with the 907 files and see if the build will load. I would tweak it more if I had time and expertise but the simple swapping out of 865 with 907 might work
I'm just glad that at the rate we are going 7.2 is not so far off for our legacy devices and for those who have no plans to move to BB10 anytime soon. Is it safe to say that although 714 is the coolest SFI ever, it is also a "slow" SFI compared to the all the new recent SFI's from 746 and upwards? Currently running xmas edition over 825 base and 714 SFI on my 9810 and the low temps are amazing however i get the feeling that 825 and 861 are a tad bit faster.
Have a few combos in mind to try and
