    @ Sator,
That's the Java files only.....what about the alx. ?
Use the one in your Base folder

Example = You using the .658 as Base, just overwrite the Java of the RC and overlay it in your Base OS Java folder

Or, use the older RC's alx's

I used RC6A1 .alx overwritten on Base OS.

PM sent to Ian before I loaded and he didn't say not to use them.

    Loaded up fine.

First Battery Pull, fastest boot up time yet !!!
Early stage of new OS will definetely gives your fast boot up, low ADR and MDR. Please wait for 1 - 2 days to see the effect of it settling in that time only your boot up gonna slow-en abit and your ADR and MDR gonna get high!

Sator, would you recommend to use this RC6B2 on .714 base and sfi both? would it not be case, .714 has more recent codes than .658? I am using .714 on 9860 since last 3-4 days and am quite satisfied with drain and battery temp. I have noticed temp is as low as 17 degree even in day time and drain was 1.5%.

    Thanx for the reply!
so i downloaded the bbh tool...
    i am really lost
i nirmally do the security wipe using the option in the handset itself...
the number of boxes in the program are unnerving as im very new to this kinds wipe...

it asks for the folder where the OS is located....is it gna wipe the folder frm my computer?or shrink it?
    what will 'shrinking it' do?

i have backed up using my desktop manager....so i dont think i need the backup again...
how do i go about it frm here...

Click on the Tab named Phone Tools

You will find the Wipe Device icon there.

Security Wipe on the device only wipes personal information from the phone.

BBH Device Wipe clears the entire handset.

I don't recommend you using this hybrid with 714 sfi, since I've never tested this 6B1 with 714 sfi. You already have a good result with plain .714, just stick to it and wait for our next release on sunday (if there is no mic issue), it's 694 from AT&T and this one is really awesome...

RC6B1 is the latest BL build, it's 9900 with 658 sfi

RC6A2 9900 694 AT&T now is being tested, if there is no mic issue, it will be released on Sunday.

thanks for suggestion. I will wait for your next wizard. Although, I just downloaded RC6B2 but I will wait. I noticed most of cods have today's date. Have you modified these cods like you did for RC5B2. It was really awesome.

Wow! BL developers are sure cooking up a lot of goodies for us. Just downloaded the latest base for my 9900 (.658) plus RC6A1), shrinked, reset, let run. This is exciting kool ! Thanks BL team for your work! And am looking forwards to when the official .714 drops for the 9900 to see what goodies for it you can cook up.
    Thank you again!

Just add the things that you would need or plan to use. You can always remove them after though. Anything else is invalid.
