Good morning everyone. I haven't been following the thread much lately and see the v3.0 has been released and was wondering what OS you are using.
I'm currently using .746 with v2.0 and see the .794 has been released for about a month now.
Thanks Sharma
Can you tell me what base OS and sfi you were using to achieve this?
The reason I asked Phil, is because I'm on Vodafone UK and wanted to know his mix that also gave good results like you.
Anyone have a review of RC8 A1 vs RC9 A1?
Nope, not for you guys. :) please wait and be patient. It will eventually will be released. :)
I do! RC9 with 794 sfi. Very good in signal strenght as for me, but bad in battery life :/
Certainly! I am using the entire .746 as base...and just dropped in the Returns V3...I am now on RC10 been like 5 days approximately
On Voda UK I am running .794 base with Large .714 .sfi
Have used the large .714 ever since it came out and have good signal and low temp.
Is it just me or has CB removed the carrier and device info from posters information ? All I have displayed now is number of posts.
Made life so much easier responding to peoples queries if that info was to hand.
Okay, thanks!
That's it? Performance is still the same?

lol...Lucky i just nipped in to see what I had missed, several people have been testing the RC10 mix so we might just release it into the wild now:
Many thanks for posting the link Ian and Sator for the OS.
Preparing tonight for install tomorrow. Usual .794 base and .714 Fat .sfi is the order of the day.
Just one quick question, why the BBM .alx this time around ???
Omg omg omg...I'm at work, f***!!! Maybe I can pretend to be sick so I can run home, install, and come back?
Btw, still recommended 794?
What is the difference between BL Ultimate RC10 Alpha 1 and BL Returns v3.0?
Can't say, but Returns never seem to work good for me...
there it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That info doesn't appear to show anymore, but you're right it was helpful to answer a lot of questions
Loaded 10A1 ... smooth sailing ... with .794 OS & .714 (Voda UK) sfi
WoW !!! what a boot ... never seen such a stupendous, fast boot upon OS loading ... awesome stuff !!
The OS with RC 10A1 now registers as 7.1.0.807 ... see below
NOTE : IF you are onto BBM 7, you MUST replace BBM alx of your .794 base OS with the one supplied in the RC-10A1 folder.
(the BBM alx (as default) of the .794 base OS is for BBM 6.2 and you'll need to replace it with the one supplied that's for BBM 7 ... if you use BBM 7).
Finally ... what can I say to the entire BL Team except ... U GUYS R da BEST ... Thanx once again for this build which shows clear signs of stupendous work ...   ..... :)
Just installed , Noob Error -
Since it was the first time installing ultimate series, was confused about where to drop the java files. First i just extracted the contents, and dragged and dropped it in the target location, and I got that error if you want to copy or replace , and I chose copy and replace ofcourse, So what happened then was a a new java folder was created inside the java folder. At first I though i screwed up the 794 and had to reinstall it. But after being calm, I just deleted the java sub folder, and then , dragged and dropped the contents of RC 10 into the main java folder. And rechecked the contents of the RC10 folder and java folder. And making sure that the Main java folder didnt have any duplicates. And proceeded with the install normally. Maybe if some errors crop up, i will know its was my mistake.
First Impression.
1. First load after finishing install was really long. subsequent boot was faster.
2. Faster Wifi Lock, Signal Lock
3. UI definitely faster than what I had previously (which was in itself already fast).
Vodafone India (Mumbai) EDGE
Under observation :)
I'm on a curve 9360 on v7.1.0.714.
Has it been tested for this device?
If there is a 7.1.0.794 OS for your device, it will work. If not, I'd say wait for ifraser/sator/zoc to comment.
Then again, you can always try it yourself and let everyone know...
You have to use base .746 (don't use base .714, it won't boot up) and for the SFI you can choose .714 or .746
