HI, I've only a question for you guys: how can I keep italian? I noticed that the java folder in hybrid only includes english. Should I copy java folder into the original one, keeping missing files? Thanks for your great work!
That would be the only way of doing it.

I would say check your background running apps.

The one that's running constantly is BBSAK. Can I remove it?

BBSAK is a pc tool, can't run on your phone.

agree with you:dancing:

That would be your apps that had been backed up using BBSAK and re-installed (presumably after wipe and hybrid installation). To have an idea of what they were, and since they are consistently running in your phone, press menu button and hold. The icons that appear would show the running apps.
BBSAK Backup= 3rd apps backup, so one of your 3rd app is running in the back ground and drains your batt.

BBSAK backup ==>> is full backup from Restore 3rd Party Apps and if you try delete BBSAK backup from your application management (You will lost all 3rd Party Apps)
If you want to Restore 3rd Party Apps from BBSAK can try use Modify CODs Tab then install COD (s) There you can select application whatever you want on reinstall

Okay, thanks everyone! Now I know where to look to track down what's draining my battery.

The menu button doesn't show anything aside from the standard.
And BBSAK is in charge of at least 30 apps. Tracking the culprit will be impossible. :(

i also have this confusion whether to use .746 small or large. today, Cincinnati Bell has released .746 os with 71mb sfi. how is large sfi of .746 with .714? Right now, I am using 714 large on .746 base with return2.0. I see no difference in performance bet RC8A1 and return 2.0. Almost similar ADR and memory loss.
The large sfi comes when the OS is "ALL Lang". The small sfi with "Multi Lang".
When am using a Hybrid, be it RC series or V series, I make it a point to stick to ONE Particular type of OS base & sfi ... For e.g. Taking { All Lang OS base .746 of Rogers & All Lang sfi of Vodafone UK }.
I DO NOT mix ["All Lang" base] with ["Multi Lang" sfi] or vice versa.
Folks, we set up a ввм group for support and general chit chat.
Feel free to add sharma, djfra or myself to be invited to the group.

I'm still lurking ;)
Not on holiday, or the iPhone 5... that's gone. Back on the 9900, and rockin' RC8A (Rogers .746 base with Voda UK .714 sfi)
Nothing much to say, except it just keeps getting better!
oppsss ... How do I get into this BBM Grp ?
Who do I PM my Pin ?
Running Rogers .746/large SFI/RC8A1 (BB9900). Day two and running great. I like the 3/4G signal lock I get now much better. Idle temp at 25-26'C and I would not mind in one bit if it rose higher with 4g usage cause I know that the output power amps would be cranked up for better signals. I am gonna sit a while now and just enjoy this setup.
By the way, an interesting item for those on the BB 9930. After reading the changelog (OS 7.1.0.755) I noticed two items specifically for improved voip. So, I installed the "Vmobile" voip app on it. My 9930 is stock OS .755 (no hybrid) and Vmobile voip works perfect!! I can also use it over wifi!! I could not get it to work (VOIP) with any other voip program on my BB9930 due to it being CDMA. Just a heads up tidbit for those that wanna call/recieve calls FREE!!
Again, thanks BL team for such great hybrid work!
me iking or zoc, i am on now if you hurry :)
Ended up re-installing a bunch of apps through appworld and deleting BBSAK from my phone.
Hopefully that helps with the 13.45% drain I have. :(
