anyone having problems with BBM ?
No problems with BBM at all, what seems to be the issue with you?
I think my contacts must be ignoring me lol.... sorted now
Some serious delays in group chats is all, I noticed just of recent.
where is everyone getting the leaked .714 from? cant find it anywhere...
never mind, got it. thanks
where is the FULL OS for RC6 B1?
There is no full OS download currently as there are now too many options for base sfi files.
Please pick your base from the available selection then use the RC6 Beta 1 download file
any overlay the java of the base os, or if you just want the Hybrid java, remove the base java directory and replace with the Hybrid one.
I did what you told me Ian, loaded the java, I like it so far. Just waiting on what your team is brewing up next...the anticipation is always worth it!
Is not the same issue of larger size of .sfi file arise again in .714? Noticed .714 has sfi file size 72mb while .694 with 66mb. I recall there was lot of discussions for .523 base with smaller & larger .sfi file and it was recommended for smaller sfi for better signal and locking. Now, leave to experts Zocs, Sator and ifraser, what they recommend about it? Although, I am getting good signal & locking with .714 (larger size) on 9860, will 694 be better?
I currently have .658 base and RC6A-1 installed. If want to bump up to RC6B-1, can I just throw it over RC6A-1, or do I need to reinstall the base clean.
We have to compare the SFI files within the same OS base, most of the time (not always) a smaller size SFI (multi, asia) is better due to less languages files.
I haven't tried plain .714, I'm still using 694 at&t for the final test, BL will release 694 at&t on Sunday, so I don't know how good is 714 sfi file, I found that the 714 java cods is pretty good.
We still have one more build to release : BL 694 at&t special edition...

Of course I'm in a hurry. If not, there will be two new leaks, three official drops and ifraser will be sporting RC10K.....
I always do a fresh install.
Back up->Wipe->Shrink->Load->Get my apps back->Battery pull
OK - just got royally screwed - a Sharma case here too !
1. Downloaded RC-6B-1 from Ian's sig link.
2. Unpacking rar, turns out to be RC-6A-2 ...
3. Using base OS 694, and sfi 694, replaced Java cods
4. Shrunk OS
5. Load thru DM
6. "APP ERROR 602" ... holy $hiT
===============================
scrambling back to life now using J_L Cmdr to get to 507
Load OS 658 base + sfi with RC-6A-2 (RC-6B-1) whatever that java's called
man - hope I get there.
am cheesed off that will loose by DAMN BB Groups in the bargain.
Good thing is that I shut off the Radio before I started all this & did a full backup. Only hoping that Full Backup (MAY ... MAY) save me dunno :(
even J_L Cmdr right now is kinda playing up - W T F !!! ... ...
dis is frustrating
694 AT&T is not compatible with RC6B1
you need to wait for the special release scheduled today
but 658 and RC6B1 works flawlessly..
;)
714 and RC6B1
I'm getting battery drain
worse than I expected, cause now I have to recharge before 12 hours of since first usage :(
not sure either because the signal is bad (on the road) or because I'm still re-sync data.
or maybe both..
:D
You have to use 658 SFI ONLY, 694 sfi is kind of special build to over come the Mic issue on at&t.
