Maybe your memo pad is hidden, you can check it out by clicking BlackBerry symbol, click show all and check your memo pad, if it shows up, highlight your memo pad and click unhide frm BlackBerry symbol.

Did you shrink your OS? If yes make sure you uncheck the memo pad.

Doh! I did shrink it and somehow missed memo pad! I thought I was being so careful. Any options other than a new install?
Go back and reshrink with memo pad then use app loader maybe?

Yes, reshrink with memo pad and use app. Loader to install it. I don't remember if you have to do total reload or app. Loader will install the memo pad only.
