Done as told, but still getting Uncaught exception: net.rim.device.api.i18n.MissingResourceException.
Did you shrink the OS? if not, maybe you can install plain 7.1.0.1047 first and let's see the result, next time you can use BBHtool to wipe your device since it's been updated for OS7. BBHtool link: lyricidal / @theiexplorers Home Page

Hello Sator,
after unsucessfully trying to upload the Bell's OS, I tried with DM and it wasn't able to install any OS, either.
So I changed computer and used my Mac with Windows on Parallel's and I was able to 1) Install the Bell's OS as is 2) Install the Bell's OS with RC19 over.
I used the original BB9900 USB cable both times, and now I have a fully functional BB.
Thank you!
Two questions: 1) should I install Dakota? 2) In DM I click on "Applications" but nothing appears. I wanted to install the language support for English (US), instead of English (UK). What should I do now?

I'm glad you finally did it.... , Dakota is BB9900, English US is a native language support on our BB, you can shrink it with BBHtool (check all the languages/Enlglish UK or apps. that you wanna uninstall), connect your device and click shrink my OS live (at the bottom), or you can change your language settings on your BB (easier); go to options>typing and language, and change all the settings to English US.
Uhm, I am not sure what the additional ALX at the bottom of the OP are for. --> File Type: zip Dakota.zip (52.2 KB, 1052 views)
Do I need them?
Second thing, I did not install BBM since I am not using it, is there any way to prevent apps to ask my if I want to connect the app with BBM? I can't really bear those message again!

You don't need to add the Dakota zip. file for the RC19, and or the BBM, I recommend you to install it (you don't have tou use it).
hello guys i'm new to blackberry and noob to these place, i'v used android, rooted it and bricked after one year, so now i'm having 9320. A few question's as these is 1st time i'm using bb and doing anything with it.

2) I'v downloaded Bell's 9320jAllLang_P Br7.1.0_rel2814, (i got the download link from 9320's forum for O.S) so will it work with hybrid or i will have to download o.s for my device from lyricidal's website which is older version as the link given in above post?

Personally I like BBHtools since it's been updated to work with OS 7, you can use BB desktop manager (BDM) to backup your data and read the first page for your guidance.
it's gonna be delayed a lil bit since RC20 base 1083 with custom/multi color LED isn't compatible for all devices, it works great on 9360 but not other BB models. I'll try my best to release it as soon as possible.

i'm willing to test... to make sure it works great on 9320..
Sator said he is just starting to test it. It will become available when he releases it. You'll then be able to download it from the 1st page in this thread.
