In my case it was the same. But after updating the application in BBWorld the icon appeared.
you can use BlackberryMessenger alx. file frm BL anniversarry or RC15/16/17, open the BBM alx. file with notepad and change the BBM version frm 7.1.0.23 to 7.1.0.24 (it's frm 9720 OS7.1.0.1046).

Loaded RC19 today, seem you have to get BBM messenger alx file from RC18 and change version 7.0.1.24 as mention by chief. Not sure about the performance will monitor for a while first.

    Dear Sator and other friends,

I have a question. So far I always uninstall the old os base as well as the BDM (by Revo Uninstaller) and then reinstall BDM, run new os .exe file. Do I have to do like that to prevent from a bad install? It often takes me quite long to install the BDM again. Thank you in advance!

you don't have to uninstall and reinstall BDM all the time, unless you have a problem with it, you only clean up your pc with CCleaner every time you wanna install a new OS and wipe your device before you load the new OS to avoid bad install.

    5 days in with RC19

Signal seems better with the .1047 base than .1033 with battery temperature very similar.

Memory management is exceptional, I am showing +0.1mb 48 hours after last battery pull.

OS is smooth and fast with the usual lightening quick browser.

They just keep on getting better !!!

Thanks as always to Sator and the Team.

I found that the sfi file of 1047 Bell Mobility is as small as the 912 Telstra's sfi. It's around 62.5 mb

Is Bell the "best" .1047 base for RC19, or is there no difference?

OS .1047 frm Bell, Virgin and Sakstel are all the same, they are AllLang. I used Bell since it came out first for the OS .1047.

    Dear Sator,
I couldn't find "net_rim_bb_resource__vi.cod" 7.1.0.1070 in the language folder of RC19. Is it not compatible with base 7.1.0.1047 9900? I need 2 files "net_rim_bb_resource__vi.cod" and "net_rim_tid_vietnamese" for my vietnamese typing and wonder if the two came from different os may cause memory leak something? Thank you!

You're already on BL 1st anniversarry which we didn't test it on OS .861 (since no one in BL team uses CDMA device/ OS .861) , you could try RC19 with base .861 if you dare since we also didn't test it on .861 it's supposed to work with 861 SFI since you're already on BL 1st anniversarry.which contains 10xx cods, please don't get mad at me if it doesn't work...., just wipe your phone and go back to BL 1st anniversarry, and let me know the result....I'll modify RC19 just for you...

The net_rim_tid_vietnam OS .1070 is already in the language folder (I put it again in the added language folder attached below),and sorry for the missing resource cods. for other languages. You can use BBHtools/BB Boss/BBSAK to inject the cod/cods, and do a batt pull after that.

Just came back after reinstalling all my programs and a battery pull. Showing 37% memory available; I've never seen anything over 32% before!

    Good work, guys!!

Its the cod file for fm radio application. I think taken from 9720 java and only applied to 9320/9220 or phone that came with fm radio application, not for dakota
