Great. Just did the wipe with Final Wipe and re-installed with .912 sfi. This should fix my dropped calls issue as I have used .912 sfi before.

Is the problem (voice calls) with RC17 or base .991 (for bold 9930)? I'm having voice call problems as well. :s

do not use .991 base and you will be fine, i am not an expery but this is my swag

24 hours into RC17 on base .991 and everthing is working great. Battery life on just base .991 was the worst I've ever seen, almost to the point where I think something went wrong with the install.

1) Can i using the hybrid Berrylicio.us ultimate RC17 for my device??
2) Or maybe any suggestion for me to help?

See post number 9530, 9930 user using RC17 over base .991 and seems happy with the combo.

You can download .991 from the Verizon site, it will ask you for your wireless number or similar but just use random numbers, it works !!!

Been a week with RC17 base .923. Battery lasts for 10-14 hours and doesn't heat up anymore. Love it!

Hi Legal! Nope, i still have my 9900... And what a phone. Even when i look at the Q or the Z side by side with the Bold... humm... Still it looks amazing to me. And with these awesome builds it just gets better

are you sure your device has been detected by your laptop/pc?
check your computer's device manager, is blackberry in the list or not. You also might try to plug your phone into different usb port. If not working try it in different computer

i think i will trust Sator on each and every thing he will post.
Sator is really nice person, even though i have an element of trolling in my posts but he tends to ignore that and only answer my legit posts.
initially i was scared to test out the hybrid system but after trying out rc16 i must say i should have been on this ship long time ago.
