If that is the case then so be it.

I'm perfectly happy with the performance of my 9900 on RC15 and the 9900 does everything I need a phone to do.

No intention of moving to BB10 although it does look like fun with all the leaked OS's that are dropping.

A new OS 6 release dropped a couple of weeks ago so I have hopes that we will see more OS7 releases albeit not very often.

yesterday i put my phone to the limit,

browsing for almost 4 mours non stop, downloading bunch of videos (lectures over 8 hours)

and damn thing got little bit slow but browser never crashed.

lost -19 mb of memory but at the end when did a battery pull, recvered all of it

Yes, you have to use the vi. cods from the rc15 language folder, since it contains mix vi. cods from 912 and 923, so you'll the same performance as the english language.

Welcome to the forums! Whether or not your device is under warranty doesn't really matter, and also there is a lot more than just battery life with the BerryLicio.us builds. Signal locks a lot faster, browser doesn't checker board on you as often as a stock OS...

Now to have fun loading this beast! Are you tech shy? and do you have the latest OS to use as base so we can get you on the proper path?
