    hmm....I'm sure you've deleted the vendor.xml [C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader]

Did you wipe your device before loading?

When you said "Copy and replace java" - did you copy/paste/replace ONLY the BL provided cods into the base OS java folder - or did you replace the entire base os java folder with the BL java folder?

What I do [and this is ONLY ME doing this, AFAIK]

Get the JAVA FOLDER and alx's PROVIDED WITH RC15....Copy that sh1t

    Navigate yourself to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files [You'll see your OS 9810v7.1.0.912]

Open up .912 in the loader files area, and PASTE the copied contents in there, you'll get a message saying 'file1.alx' already exists, I overwrite all [seeing as it will be a RC15 file overwrite, guess I'm paranoid].

You now have RC15 inside of the base OS [7.1.0.912]

If you shrink via BBH Tool, awesome! Just shrink the hybrid [at your own risk!] and then launch loader to get'er going!

NOW TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE HYBRID READY TO LOAD UP 100% TO YOUR SEXY @$$ BLACKBERRY

Once the loader is good to go click on 7.1 system software [I think] and view the details, you should see a mixture of 7.1.0.912 AND 7.1.0.923 files.

Now for some odd reason you get an error or it isn't loading...I have no clue what to tell you, my friend....Sorry

    EDIT!!!!!!!

    APP ERROR 200
The error means that some of your applications are corrupt and you must reload the device....if you want try to download BB Easy Zero or Triple Wipe to completely erase the ROM on the hand held, and then you can always launch loader from BH Tool to load the hybrid RC15.

Also, try to be adamant of the battery pull 'schedule' every 6 hours, remove battery for 3-5 minutes for 2-3 days! Hope everything works out for you, let us know how it all went.

Yeah, as deezy said, do a wipe. Overwrite the o's directory with the whole package.

Languages Folders only needed if you need other than English.

Reload the os and see how that goes.

Always battery pull before loading any apps.

See if the standard os has issues before loading and 3rd party apps

No you cannot, this is a hybrid OS for the 7.1.0.xxx series....you'll want to try the BerryLicio.US ultimate hybrid for 9300, 97xx and 9800. Just as good seeing as it came from BL!

The thread is here if you wanna give it a look!

Had RC15 on my 9900 since mid April which I think is just about the longest time I have been on the same OS since RC1 arrived.

It is still absolutely ROCK SOLID.

To those who have said that Java based OS's suck, bleed memory and deteriorate a few weeks after install Sator has proved all of you wrong !!!

Weekly restart when I swap batteries over, never lost more than 0.5mb of memory and had zero issues with the OS.

Starting to forget how to load a new OS it's been so long, so it's about time BB gave us a new one for Sator to play with. RC16 must come soon, or have all the Java OS people at BB been fired ???

My BB have been running for one week now and seems the hybrid RC15+V923 have perfectly adapt itself. Overall performance with battery consumption are very good. Another favour is that i also have BB9800 torch which currently running OS6 , is there any elixir hybrid to boost this old phone of mine. sorry to bring other model bb to this topic, since the R & D department are nowhere but here.

    Thanks
