    hi
as i said before im running RC14B+861 base on my 9900,and i never had such battery life!!!! i tried all the official/leaked and some hybrids but nothing compares to this one!!!!
the only issue i have is memory leak... i loose nearly 50 0r 60mb per day!!!
i know that this problem is caused by some app,but i have running on background only autolock and app resource monitor, beweather (refresh 2 in 2hours), bebuzz....

A question regarding settling after new install.

I've been using .794 for the last couple releases due to the fact after trying many sfi's (to to .861) and even my own carrier's .746 sfi from Roger Wireless, .794 seems to works best for me for reception. Updating to BL14B with .861 base and and using .794 sfi seems to be initially giving me signal issues in known good areas and I was wondering if this is normal during settling?

How long does it take for the hybrid to settle completely on a device?

It depends on what gets indexed and all that...generally speaking if you do the recommended battery pulls, I'd say 5 days maximum for it to settle. Then again maybe the .907 sfi just runs hot, I'm not too sure.

    There is 3 reason:
    1. The ALX file is not right. e.g sudoku.alx just have loader 1.0 line. No title, no description, and most important no list of cod file to load to the handheld
    2. The cod file is not exist. e.g sudoku cod, its didn't exist in java folder, pdftogo cod, tough in doctogo.alx the list is there, but the cod file of pdf to go is not exist (just library)
3.There is restriction on alx file. e.g vendor ID .even the alx and the cod exist, if yours HH not have the same vendor ID as listed in alx file then its won't load.

    Solution:
1.The dummy way is to edit alx file to match the requierment (e.g delete the restriction vendor ID on the alx file) and make sure the cod file is there on java folder
2.Make jad instalation after OS installation and instal the "extras". Google for the detail.

Sorry if is OOT and straight to the point.. I'm not fluent in english.

Since .861 started to be used as a base I have had the corrupt backup message on a couple of occasions. It has also been mentioned in the .861 OS thread.

Having said that, all the restored data seemed to be fine even after receiving the message.

MeterBerry working fine for me, loaded with no problem from a .jad file saved on the phone.

You could always try purchasing the updated verison now called MeterBe that is now availabe on App World

Yes I have a 9900, sorry I should have mentioned that.

I think the issue is my carrier (Rogers Wireless) uses 850Mhz as a band which is not used a lot overseas. As such any overseas carriers sfi's aren't optimized for such extensive use on this frequency. By all means I'm not engineer or a specialist in this technology so this could be way off too. Lol.

RC14B is a great mix, which has been running on my 9900 since last Fri. Base is .861 with .912 sfi. It is running at a cool 26 C when idle.

Fantastic OS alchemy, yet again from the BL Team!

I am considering on reloading RC14 on my 9790 with the base of 7.1.0.907 again, but now with the 7.1.0.865 sfi. Has anyone tried this mix? With the current one I have the temperature is 38 which is too high and the battery keeps the same performance.
