Can you post the link for Portuguese language????
Thanks!!!!
Next time you do an install just put the apps back on one at a time leaving a few hours inbetween and monitor the memory loss until you find the culprit.
Time consuming, but well worth the effort in the long run.
Since my English is poor, I don't know what should I do before I install the RC14 to my 9930, what on earth should I add to the .alx file? who can give me a sample in detail? much thanks!!! Should I just add "net_rim_bb_phone_qchatptt_resources.cod" into the file? and I find there is a language folder, what are the steps when I install the RC 14 to my 9930...hope somebody can help me, thanks!!!
hi
can i use RC 13 portuguese language cod on RC14 ?
thanks
No, you can't. Any language alteration or modification made by users may cause memory leaks, batt. Drains and lags.
Attached portuguese language cods. For RC14B

Install base .861 for 9930 and use RC14B for 86x & .9xx sfi , you don't need to modify anything, just copy and paste the java folder and the .alx file, there is also languages folder in the RC14 ( ar, vi, id, ru and nl languages cods)

For maximum performance, users are recommended to use language cods. that are provided by us, since we mix languages cods from different kind of OS. You can try it but I'm not sure if it will work and perform as it's supposed to be.
Think it is worth to modify instalation instructions saying "copy and paste java folder's CONTENT" instead of "copy and paste java folder". It may save a lot of time and head ache for new users.
And maybe there are some more unclear explanations which makes people to fu*k around, ask the same questions again and again trying to understand it correctly.

Well I just plug everything into the BASE, overwriting the JAVA and the alx, and I'm good as gravy

I find there is no Chinse in the language folder, so I have to use the Chinese cod from the 861...can you give me the Chinese cod for the RC 14???
I have a question. i dont shrink out anything and just use loader to select and deselect what i want and so I usually end up with 160mb install. Meanwhile I have read people shrink their install to 60MB or 90MB. My question however is the "extras" that are in the folder outside the java folder such as the game "klondike" Chinese browser, backup assistant and such apps. How come they dont show up in loader? And what would it take if one wanted to add these "extras" to the installation of the OS. Suppose i want to install the game sudoku. I see the .alx of it in the folder outside the java folder but it never shows up in loader.
