IMO it's useless since RC13 already used .865 base (all native apps are from .865 eg: compass, data tags etc). But if you insit wanna do it, ofcourse it is at your own risk: You have to copy BB themes, games (if you use it), virtual keyboard cods from .861 and paste them to .865 base.

It means you have plain OS .861 on your phone now not RC13. Install fresh .861 (uninstall other OSes on your PC), copy and paste RC13 Java folder to your base installation, shrink it and you're ready to go...

With RC13 intalled on your device, it will show like this:

You can shrink plan cods but do not shrink Task cod, it will cause missingresources exception, use BBHtools to shrink (don't do it manually except you're an advance user). With standard OS we'll also get an app. Control IVHG error in event log whenever we open up app. Management. We can't read the module properties anymore, BB changed it since a few OSes back.

Attached Supported MultiLang for RC13, use base .861/.865
Thnx the whole team and mr Sator for releasing the RC13, I believe for sure that this will be an awesome update to the already cool 861 base.
Mr Sator has also nailed out the Multilanguage folder, but sadly, there is no Vietnamese language in there.

Can I copy the files inside the JAVA folder of the RC13 and paste them on top of those ones in the Asian Telecom 861? (That actually contains the Vnmese cods)
Coz if I copy the whole RC13 Java folder and replace the whole 861 base Java (ending with only the English cods) ?

Or could u pls upload the Vnmese cods so I paste them on top after pasting the RC13 Java files on top of the 861?

    Thxn in advanced,

Its already done but is it wise to run RC xmas edition with 861 base? I decided to try supercharge my 861 base but for some reason, and after a long sleep i'm thinking maybe I did more harm than good by running (what could be old CODS) over the fresh 861 ones. Maybe I just need abit more convincing to try RC13.

    I installed RC13 (non-861sfi) over 861 base + 746 SFI. Mine shows 825, is that correct?

    Just updated my phone's software (Digicel v7.1.0.861 bundle 2364 + BL RC13). Now when I check phone's software version I see v7.1.0.865 bundle 2428).
    Can someone explain this?
RC13 Uses the 865 OS files as a base,

The files that you used from 861 were only the essential files that the phone requires that we
dont include in the hybrid, and the sfi file because there isnt an 865 for your device officially.

Is that correct - I copy the files themselves from the RC13 folder and paste them into the Java folder 861?
Not the whole RC13 java folder but just the inside files?

Use base .861 and .861 SFI frm Telecom New Zealand, copy and paste RC13 Java folder to your base installation (overwrite it), shrink it and you're ready to go...

    Thanks,
The problem is that the 861 Java base (Asian) contains the VI cods, if I paste the RC13 Java (that only contains the GB, US cods), then the base JAVA folder will be overwritten completely with the RC13 Java folder.

While paste the inside files from RC13 folder into the 861 base Java will only over-write the files and leaving the VI cods there.

Your base .861 Asia contains the vi cods, and RC13 has no vi cods, so RC13 won't overwrite the .861 Asia vi cods. Don't worry, you'll still have the vi cods even you overwrite your Java base.861 Asia with RC13 Java folder (RC13 only overwrites the english US and UK.)

Edit: Do not replace your Java base .861 Asia, just overwrite it.

Yup, it's the same but it's safer since you won't miss a single cod from RC13 Java by mistake.

You only need to copy files from R13 java folder to .861 java folder. Choose OVERWRITE ALL when copying.
