I usually add all my apps at once and havent had any issues. Will continue to run my current mix of .714 vodafone large sfi + RCB1 until RC8 mix drops. memory leak hardly bothers me. Heat + battery life are usually my main major concerns. The first .714 base for torch 9810 would heat up my phone to frightening degrees, above 40degrees according to meterberry. This current mix however has the phone very cool. usually between 20-28degrees and below 19 when idle. waiting anxiously for the next release though. The apps that I have are
    Twitter
    Facebook
    Whatsapp
    Meterberry
    Advance OS
    Sugarsync
    Opera Mini Next
    UC Browser
    Bible
    DDnotes
    Podtrapper
    Google maps
    Rockfile Manager
    And only one email configured
(Apps installed but not running unless I require them)

Yep, when we use it heavy, the temp goes higher... but it depends on sfi... We got some "coolers" like 523, 658, 714 that even under heavy work doesnt go over 30/31 celsius. And others "warmers" that with some work go over 34 celsius...

Big deal....just really windy and a little bit of rain, I'll live
Tell that to the 17 39 people who are dead, thousands who were evacuated, and millions who are without power. It is a big deal.

the is my review for using RC7B1 + .714base + .714 large sfi.
been using the .714 for 10 days an the result is awesome..

This is the list of 3rd apps that I'm using :
    - whatsapp
    - twitter
    -shazam
    -flashlight
    -advance os and led
    -sixtools
    -capturenux
    -googlemaps
    - meterberry

Idle ADR on 2G is NO CHANGE for 8 hours. minimal usage is 0.1%. with wifi connected.
When im at home.. i dont use 3G because connected to wifi.
i'll report back for the ADR on 3G.

MDR is perfect for me.. but it goes to -15.4mb when heavily browsing.. and got a minimal lag when im browsing heavily.

boot speed fast as usual.. cant beat the smoothness..

dont mind the battery.. i've always charge before i go to bed.. and unplugged before it reached full anyways.

RC8 based on .746 is currently undergoing testing.

A midweek release date was the last information we have been given, so be patient along with the rest of us, it should be here soon !!!

Maybe Ian can give us an update as to how it is looking so far ?

There is now a jalllang .sfi available for .746

Wonder it will show the improvement that the large .714 .sfi did over the small one.

Yet another variable to add to the equation !!!

Hehe im using the .746 as for this time. Will see how it goes. Or else, might revert back to my fav .714 large sfi. I like the led options on the new .746 lol!

Yeah, i hope it does do the same like the .714 small vs large one.

And for the record, .746 pure + .714 large sfi is indeed good but it is common for a PURE OS that lagg here and there. Liquidy smooth for an os 7 operating system but, cant even compare to hybrids as for adr, mdr, overall performance lol. Only my honest opinion
