Yes, you can use the BL Hybrids on the 9790

    Download the Java Only files.

For RC7 use base .714 or for RC6 use .658 as base.

    Enjoy and welcome aboard.

There are now 2 .sfi's available for .714.
Are we still advised to stick with the small (Multilanguage) one rather than the All Language with the Voda UK release ?

just to confirm is this the Latest Official OS 7.1.0.714 for BlackBerry Torch 9810 from Telecom Serbia? how can I know if the .sfi here is small or large? seen a post having smaller .sfi gives better performance.

    many thanks

    cheers..

hi all, im a newcomer here, still learning how to flash hybrid rom for bb,or should i say reload? nvm.
got my first problem in reloading hybird rom on my BB curve 9360, as stated on the title, BL hybrid is for most 7.1 device, right?well, i succeeded in reloading RC7A1 on my curve, but there is no FM radio app to be found, is there anything wrong?or BL hybrid is simply not for curve 9360?

fyi, i follow the instruction found on the first page..

    thanks for the support

This RC6B2 is bordering on spooky. Several times I've had this thing idle at 0.0% for an hour plus with temps at 18c. I thought something was wrong with meterberry, but BBDA gave the same results...creepy.

iFraser, its friday morning for me in India. Just woke up and logged in CB to download RC7B1 but still it is not available? I recall, you told that it would be released on Thrusady. Really, BL team has made us mad for new hybrids. Yesterday, I was logging CB almost every hour with the hope that it would have been there. Hope, it would be today! But, at the same time, I appreciate tolerance of BL team since testing process is time consuming excercise and unless you are not sure about its performance, you would not release for us.

Copy and paste RC7A1 Java foder into your base 9360_7.1.0.714 folder
and it's supposed to have FM radio app.

Hopefully Zocs and Ifraser will release RC7B1 within 24 hours, and it's for all devices that runs with 714 sfi

I recommend you to use small 714 sfi (Multilang), JAllang and Alllang have bigger .sfi due to more languages file.

I've done very well on the RC6's in the past and previously mentioned not good results with RC6 beta 2. Had some lag and high ADR but today saw the ADR come down to 3.5 which is good for me. Normally I see OS's settled by 48 hrs but this one took a full 3 days and now it's very solid. No issues at all. In fact I even see much less of my echo issue than usual.

Now, Now, dont be pushing it, I didnt say Thursday for definate, it has been on testing,

We have spoken and agreed that it is ready so its just getting packaged up, zoc is doing it so will be uploaded
as soon as he can and we will get it up.

It will be an all models java only package so anyone wanting to use it can get a copy of .714, there are now plenty about
with networks all around the world making it official the other day. Load that to your pc`s and we will get the Java up soon.
